Services
RM Tree Care Inc provides professional tree care and tree trimming services. Service details, scheduling, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon between the Company and the customer prior to work being performed.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
RM Tree Care Inc offers SMS messaging to communicate with customers regarding service updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and review requests.
By providing your mobile phone number to RM Tree Care Inc, you consent to receive text messages from us. These messages may include:
- Service confirmations and appointment reminders
- Follow-up messages after service completion
- Requests for feedback or Google reviews
- Important service-related notifications
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive messages related to your service appointments and follow-ups. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (714) 722-3697. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate contact information and to ensure reasonable access to the service area. Customers are responsible for identifying and communicating any known hazards on their property prior to service.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon between RM Tree Care Inc and the customer before services are performed. Payment is expected upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Limitation of Liability
RM Tree Care Inc strives to provide the highest quality tree care services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
